Zoned triple-density chamois
Three foam densities, 3, 7 and 13 mm, placed by pressure point, with a single-channel front pad. Sized to sit-bone width rather than garment size, so the one pad works across the unisex pattern.
Contoured compression belly panel
220 GSM four-way stretch nylon/spandex (80/20) carried seam-free from thigh to brace, shaped to lie flat over the stomach and sides rather than cutting in when you're folded over the bars.
Double-layer leg cuffs
Two layers of the body fabric hold the leg by compression, with no silicone. Silicone grippers lose their hold as the elastic ages; a fabric cuff holds for the life of the bib and doesn't mark the skin.
Welded breathable brace
86/14 polyester/spandex brace back at 145 GSM, with welded rather than stitched strap seams and an open weave that moves sweat off the shoulders.
