250 GSM polyester/spandex (88/12) brushed on the inside face for warmth, four-way stretch on the outer, pre-dyed so colour holds under stretch.
Winter-specific pattern
Articulated at the hip and knee so the heavier fabric doesn't pull at the top of the pedal stroke or bind behind the knee.
Zoned triple-density chamois
Three foam densities, 3, 7 and 13 mm, placed by pressure point, with a single-channel front pad. Sized to sit-bone width rather than garment size, so the one pad works across the unisex pattern.
Reflective calf strips
Heat-pressed reflective strips on each calf, where headlights land first, with the breathable welded brace above.
