Nylon/spandex face (76/24), TPU membrane and brushed thermal backer bonded into one 305 GSM fabric across the chest and top of the arms. Blocks wind chill, lets sweat through.
Two-layer breathable back
The membrane is left out of the back and the underside of the sleeves (280 GSM), where you need heat to escape rather than wind blocked.
Two-way front zip
Opens from the bottom for pocket access and venting while the collar stays closed. Reflective tape on the zip and heat-pressed reflective triangles for low light.
Full-length cuffs and silicone hem
162 GSM stretch cuffs sit over gloves with no gap; a laser-cut silicone waistband holds the jacket low over layered pockets.
