To ensure you get the best out of your new NeoPro Kit, please follow these care instructions

- Cold wash under 30 degrees only - Line dry in shade only
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not soak
- Do not use softener
- Do not wash with gloves/velcro

Hot tip: Saddle bags and rear light mounts can cause unnecessary wear, rub, pulling and tears - check the location of your saddle bags and rear light mounts compared to your legs when you ride.

Our Warranty Covers

- Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity of the garment.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover

- Wear and tear or loose threads.
- Custom designs.
- Damages from crashing, or wear and tear such as abrasions, wear marks, scratches or fading, improper storage or washing or contact with sunscreen.We operate under highly regarded QA processes, however, manufacturing defects can still happen. Please let us know if you think your garment has an issue.

We want choosing your NeoPro kit to be easy and stress free. If you’d like to return your item, we’ve made the process nice and easy. We offer returns within 21 days of your order delivery date. You’re welcome to arrange a return or exchange through our returns portal.

You can choose between:

• Store credit - if you want to swap for a different product, colour or style
• Instant exchange - if you want to swap the exact same product for a different size

If you selected Returns & Protection at checkout via Checkout+, your return postage is covered. Shipping on instant exchanges is not covered and must be paid by the customer (that is, shipping your exchanged product back to you). If you didn’t select Returns & Protection, all postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that instant exchange is only available when exchanging the exact same product for a different size. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, colour or style, you will need to select store credit instead.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is at risk of selling out, we recommend choosing the instant exchange option. This is the fastest way to process an exchange!

Approved returns are refunded as either store credit or instant exchange.

To be eligible for return, all items must be brand new and resellable, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, free from marks, stains, and odours.

Items must be in original packaging, with tags attached that have not been removed, tampered with, or re-attached.

Before You Return

All returns must be approved prior to being sent back. We do not accept liability for items returned without prior approval.

We recommend checking your items thoroughly upon delivery.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Returns received that don’t meet our returns policy will be rejected.

Worn, damaged, or altered apparel cannot be returned. This includes any marks, stains, or odours from sweat, deodorant, perfume, aftershave, moisturiser, makeup, fake tan, or similar products. Items with removed, tampered with, or re-attached tags are not eligible for return. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Please return items neatly and respectfully packaged.

Our returns are inspected by a third party, not affiliated with NeoPro Cycling.

Warranty and Consumer Guarantees

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

NeoPro Cycling products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, incorrect care, accidents, alterations, or failure to follow care instructions.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us at neopro@neoprocycling.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear short videos of the product.

Incorrect Items

Please assess your NeoPro Cycling apparel within 24 hours of delivery and notify us of any issues within this timeframe. This includes faulty, incorrect, or missing items. Requests made outside this timeframe cannot be processed.

Non Returnable Items

Socks, Gift cards, Ear Warmers, Neck warmers, Caps, Final sale items as marked on their product pages in the description.
